I'm an environmental engineering student at . In my engineering economics class I'm working on a research project regarding the London Crossrail. One main aspect of my project is developing an overall cash flow diagram for the project. So far most of my information has come from the TfL quarterly performance reports; however, I'm still missing some information. The TfL quarterly performance reports don't go back far enough to cover the start of the project, so I'm missing some information from the start of the project, specifically from 2009-2012. Additionally, I haven't been able to find much information regarding the future projections of the Elizabeth Line costs and benefits. Any financial information regarding either of these time periods would be greatly appreciated.
