Hello, I am writing this to receive footage from a robbery incident that occurred on an tfl bus on the 25th of March 2024 at roughly 4:05pm to 4:25 pm. The bus stop where got on is bus stop B angel corner / silver street station and got off at bus stop N Edmonton Green Station the oyster that was tapped on with is CARD NUMBER: XXXX Please could we kindly get footage according to this incident please. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 May 2024 asking for CCTV from a bus.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require – bus routes in London are run by bus operating companies and TfL does not hold CCTV footage from buses. You will therefore need to contact the relevant bus operator to see if they can assist you. You have not provided information on the bus route you were on, so I am unable to give you the bus operators contact details, but you can find the information on our website here:

You should also report this incident to the police, if you have not already done so.
