Hi, I like to request information on why this complaint email was ignored, by who. I’d like to know every detail on the below reports, why they were closed, by who and why Why has the issue not been attended or fixed. I look forward to a reply Regards

Thank you for providing additional information received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 December 2024. 

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. 

 

Checks are usually carried out every two to four weeks by TfL depending on the time of the year. 

 

Please see the most recent status report we hold for the provided dates and references: 

 

FMS3300532 - 9th February 2022 – No defects were reported on Scout prior to a report of an outage.

 

FMS3411787 - 23rd March 2022 – Sign light reported on Scout out of light and was fixed. 

 

FMS3434075 - 3rd April 2022 – No defects reported on Scout prior to report of an outage.

 

FMS5717550 - 15th March 2024 – Sign Light reported out of light and was fixed.

 

Please note that due to on-going recovery from a cyber incident, we are unable to access our systems, but it is believed there are no current faults with the lamp columns specified. 

 

Please also note that, under current regulations, the specified sign no longer needs to be individually lit, therefore the unit will be removed in due course.
