Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 February 2025 asking for information about a contract with Reed Employment Limited. 

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. 

 

The Recruitment Services procurement was led by TfL and commenced with a tender notice on 12 August 2020. 

 

The contract was awarded to Reed on 8 June 2021 with a total value of £850m. This information is provided in the Contract award notice, available here: https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/288081-2021

 

The contract was procured under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 via a framework agreement with a duration of 4 years and did not include any lots. 

 

The current call-off contract ends on 31 September 2025, which is compliant under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
