We're making some updates
We expect our pay to drive services for Congestion Charge, ULEZ, LEZ and our other online services to be back to normal by 06:30 on Sunday 20th April 2025. If you need to pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), please check back after 06:30.
If you have an active Auto Pay service, any Congestion Charge and/or ULEZ/LEZ charges will be paid automatically. If you don't have Auto Pay, you will have until midnight on the third day after your journey to pay.
If you do not pay the required charge for travelling in a charging zone, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
