Set up Auto Pay

Pay Congestion Charge, Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Low Emission Zone (LEZ) charges automatically each month.

Charges apply for Blackwall and Silvertown tunnel crossings.

If you've already signed up for Auto Pay, your tunnel crossing charges will
be paid automatically.

With Auto Pay, we'll bill you automatically for the number of chargeable journeys your vehicle makes in the Congestion Charge zone or through Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels. You will only be billed ULEZ or LEZ charges if your vehicle doesn't meet emissions standards and you drive within the zones. 

Before you start

You need to create a London Road User charging account before setting up Auto Pay. (Already have an account? Sign in now.)

To set up Auto Pay you will need your:

  • Vehicle registration details
  • Bank or payment card details

You can add a maximum of 5 vehicles to Auto Pay. If you're a business with 6 or more vehicles you can set up Fleet Auto Pay.

Annual charge

There are no registration or renewal fees to add vehicles to Auto Pay.
